BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Head coach John Fields has put together a staff that promotes success at all levels -- Class A PGA professionals, high school coaches, collegiate coaches, collegiate players, a sports psychologist, a strength and conditioning expert. and a full-time athletic trainer. All coaches and counselors are experienced in working with young players and provide campers with outstanding instruction in a serious but fun learning environment
SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPERS: All golfers are served.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Golf, and more. Every Evening Team Competions Take Place, Emphasis On "team"
CAMP LOCATION: Located 16 miles west of Austin in the beautiful hill country
CAMP FACILITIES: The Camp offers the finest facilities in the country. Food is prepared by the on premises chef. The Golf Academy has the most up to date training equiptment available. Resident campers reside in a dormitory setting, a privately-owned resident hall located across the street from The University of Texas. Boys are assigned two to a room according to age or individual roommate requests. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided for all overnight campers and day campers receive lunch and dinner. The residence center features a swimming pool, fitness center and game room.

OTHER CAMP INFO: The John Fields Longhorn Jr. Golf Camp is designed to meet the needs of junior golfers of all abilities. Campers receive basic and advanced instruction that is required to excel at any level.
